Association Planning
Weeks 1-2:
Information gathering, reporting and planning to achieve Association goals
Building Envelope Evaluation
Survey Association property and produce report detailed by unit on the condition of windows and siding
Needs Assessment Meeting
Meeting with Board and Property Mgr to determine scope of work and materials specifications
Customized Solutions
Optimize plan strategy and tactics in consideration of pricing, financing, unit owner incentives, Association subsidies, joint marketing efforts, integration with existing carpentry & painting cycles, and future energy efficient upgrades
Reporting
Online real-time customized Association Portal to monitor job progress, costs, issues by unit

Week 3:
Based on Scope & Specs, set Item pricing and resident discounts, seek manufacturing discount for Association
Per Item Price List
Itemized price list breaking out materials and labor will be published/advertised to residents by window type, size, options and services.
Tax Credits
Federal tax credit = 30% of qualified energy improvements (materials only). Annual credit limit of $600 for windows and $500 for doors for a total of $1,100 credit.
Volume Discounts
Installation labor and manufacturer discounts to be negotiated for bulk orders and association coordinated projects

Resident Opt-In & Estimating
Weeks 4-5:
Based on Scope & Specs, set Item pricing and resident discounts, seek manufacturing discount for Association
On Site Product & Sales Info
Prime Touch can schedule a day to provide product and process information to residents and answer all questions
Estimate Schedule Sign Ups
Residents can schedule an estimate/consultation on our online sign-up sheet and will be provided an individualized proposal. Estimates will be conducted in consecutive days on site until demand satisfied, 5-10 estimates per day
Sales outside the Window Plan Time Frame
Prime Touch will accommodate all requests for window installations contracted during the estimating phase. After the estimating phase, however, residents should realize that Prime Touch may or may not be able to facilitate their project outside the Window Plan Time Period. It is anticipated, however, that the window installation periods will be at least once per year
Windows Ordering
Week 6:
Orders with suppliers will be placed in the order of the estimate schedule
50 % Deposit Required to Order Windows
Deposits can be made by check, credit card, or with financing
Lead Times 4-8 Weeks
Windows manufacturing and materials lead time varies but expected 4-8 weeks, depending on item type
Resident Permits
Prime Touch will coordinate and secure building permits. Electronic signatures will be needed from Residents. Town permit fee will be added cost to Resident contract
Jobsite Set-Up
Week 9:
Job site set up for multiple window installations will save everybody time and money
Dumpster Onsite Required
Dumpster on site required. Prime Touch will manage delivery and replacement of one dumpster.
Storage Container Onsite Required
One container on site required to store windows and materials deliveries.
Porta Potty Onsite Required
One porta potty on site required
Installation Schedule
Week 10-14:

The scheduling for installations can begin around week 10. Installations will be scheduled on continuously days until all are finished
Installation Period Start
The installation time frame can be set to start as soon as 1 month after windows are ordered, i.e. around week 10 of the program
Installation Period End
The installation period will continue daily from the start until all of the installations are completed
Installation Dates
Target installation schedules will be set coordinated with individual residents. Schedule will be communicated to Association
InstallationPeriod
Weeks 10-14 Until Job Completion
Schedule Published on Association Portal
Installations will proceed as scheduled with individual residents daily until all installations complete
Final Payment Due Day of Job Completion
Final payment not to be withheld for minor punch list items. Payment can be withheld for mutually defined "material" issue.
Punchlist of Tasks Maintained
The Windows Project Mgr will conduct a final walk-thru and demonstration with resident at job completion. Any punch list be noted, published, and dealt with in a timely manner
Permit Closing
The Prime Touch office will initiate the closing of building permits. The Resident may be responsible for scheduling the building inspection. In most cases, Prime Touch does not need to be present for the inspection
Customer Service & Warranty
Manufacturer's Warranty
Harvey windows/sliders and Thermatru doors under manufacturer's warranty. Residents will be instructed how to submit minor product related warranty issues directly to Harvey and Thermatru. Prime Touch can service and process those claims but may change a $150 service call fee.
Installation Warranty
Prime Touch warranties installation labor for a period of 2 years. Any installation related issues will be addressed and corrected within as timely a manner as possible at Prime Touch's expense.
Integration with Carpentry & Paint Cycles
Coordination to save time & money and to prevent future repairs
Carpentry Repairs
Pre-paint carpentry siding & trim repairs can be coordinated to prioritize the units of those residents replacing windows to avoid spending resources on areas where the source of deterioration is an old, defective window.
Exterior Painting
Save time and money by scheduling exterior painting after windows have been replaced
